daisykaties© ensure all of our gently worn clothing meet our customers highest expectations ~ this is achieved by individually hand-picking the clothing ourselves.  All gently worn clothing is in excellent condition, free of any flaws, rips, stains or excessive wear, unless otherwise stated.

During any given FREE Postage/shipping promotion, daisykaties will send your package via STANDARD 2nd Class postage (UK) or STANDARD Airmail (INTERNATIONAL) on any purchase under £15.00.  This Standard Service will take longer to reach it's destination.  Should you WISH to have your package sent via another Service in order to have your Order delivered to you quicker (i.e. INTERNATINAL SIGNED FOR/AIRSURE for International Buyers or  RECORDED DELIVERY/GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY for UK Buyers - these Services are available, however, the Customer will be liable for the cost of sending the package. 

In ANY event of the package being returned to daisykaties during the FREE postage promotion; the Buyer is responsible for crediting daisykaties with the cost of re-sending.

In any event, the Customer is responsible for all Postage costs in relation to RETURNS to daisykaties.  Should daisykaties incur any CUSTOMS or DUTY costs on any returned items, this cost will be deducted from your payment prior to a refund being processed.  You can avoid this charge by ensuring you complete the Declaration Form property showing that the item is a RETURN.

Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include :

UK Customers : We accept payment via Paypal (Confirmed/Verified accounts ONLY), Cheque (made payable in UK sterling to "daisykaties"), uncrossed Postal Orders, concealed cash (the latter sent at customer's risk).  **We do not accept cheques for amounts of £10 or under, this is due to the associated bank charges.  In this instance you would need to send uncrossed Postal Orders.

EU and outside EU Customers : We accept payment via Paypal. UK sterling (the latter sent at customer's risk).  Cheques*(made payable in UK Sterling ONLY) *Please check with us prior to sending a cheque payment. 

**Paypal is the preferred payment method for UK buyers**  We are here to help, please advise if there are any problems.

** Merchandise will NOT be despatched until funds have cleared to daisykaties **  Goods are always despatched within 2-3 days maximum of any payment being verified.  We do usually try and despatch our goods within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding Sat-Sun), however, we will not be held responsible for any package arriving late.  Should you need your items within 24 hours (UK) you will need to pay extra for the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service via Royal Mail.

Our Policy on returned goods

The following conditions are not intended to affect or jeopardise your statutory rights.

DUE TO UNSCRUPULOUS BUYERS IN THE PAST.  RETURNS WILL NOW NOT BE ACCEPTED IF YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED US PRIOR TO RETURNING THE GOODS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT

YOU WILL NEED TO BE ISSUED A RETURNS NUMBER PRIOR TO SENDING ANY GOODS BACK TO US

RETURNS are accepted if contact is made with Daisy Katies within 48 hours of receipt of the item - All goods are sent Signed For (exc. purchases under £15); and thus tracking is available to prove when the goods were signed for.  Please state the reason as to the wish to return.  The customer is responsible for all costings associated with posting the item(s) back to Daisy Katies. 

REFUNDS will NOT be given if goods are damaged, have tags removed, strong cooking/cigarette/animal smells or are generally not in the condition as sent.  In any of these cases the goods will be returned to the Buyer along with an explanation as why the return was refused.  You are accepting these conditions upon purchasing from daisykaties. 

In any event, goods must be returned to daisykaties within 7 days (UK) and 14 days (International) after the initial notification of return.

All goods are honestly and accurately described and photographed.  More photographs can be forwarded to you via email if wished, please ask.. In any event, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the garment/s reach us safely, including return postage costs.  Any refunds will not be made until the garments are safely back at daisykaties and with daisykaties being happy that the returned merchandise is in the same condition as it was sent. 

Once the goods are in the posession of Daisy Katies and are in the same condition as was sent, a refund will be issued without delay; providing our Terms and Conditions have been met.

 If the order was originally made from a customer outside of the UK and Europe please take care to fill in posting documentation details correctly. *Goods to the UK may incur duty charges i.e. ~ if you fail to make it clear that the package is a "return" to the UK and not an import. In the event of documentation being completed incorrectly and tax or duty subsequently being charged to daisykaties, the sum involved will be deducted from your final refund.

Additional Information on Returned Goods

daisykaties will not be liable or responsible for packages lost in the post, all packages (excluding socks, tights and items under £10.00) are insured as standard up to £28.00 (UK and International),  if your goods are worth in excess of this £28.00 standard amount, please request to pay the additional insurance to cover the items being sent to you.  In the event of the package going missing/being lost in transit, if you have not paid the extra for insurance - daisykaties will only be liable to pay the standard £28.00 compensation for loss/damage - as per Royal Mail guidelines.  If you are concerned, do not take the risk, please ask for a quote to pay the additional nominal amount to insure your package to it's correct value.  The decision is yours.

A proof of postage receipt as well as the stamped Signed For Certificate* (if appropriate) is held by daisykaties for every package sent.

Please be aware that the above policy is for our protection only. If you do experience any problems at all do make contact with us as soon as possible. Your custom is valued and we are here to help.

 

daisykaties reserve the right to make changes to the information in this Internet site, or to the services described therein without notice.

daisykaties reserve the right to CANCEL any Order, at our discretion, at any point within the Order and to provide the Customer with a full refund of the amount paid to us only, in the event of this happening.

daisykaties will ONLY deliver goods to CONFIRMED/VERIFIED Paypal addresses.  Please do not ask us to send your items to any address other than the address as verified on the recipient's Paypal address; as all requests will be refused.  Any gift orders will only unfortunately be sent to the original recipient's address.  This to prevent fraudulent activity taking place.

The information and material provided in this Internet site does not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any securities and must not be relied upon in connection with any information decision.

daisykaties adhere to the Data Protection Act ~ our customers details are not given/sold on in any shape or form.  The details held (your name and email/personal address) are only held by daisykaties system to notify you of items which may be of interest to you.  Payment via Paypal is via a separate secure server, independent to daisykaties.

 

  *daisykaties are not responsible for costs to resend your package to you in the event of the package being returned to our premises unclaimed from the Post Office Sorting Office.  In the event of this happening, the customer will be liable for the additional postage costings to resend the package.  In the event of the Recorded Delivery package going missing, the customer will receive the insurance (up to a maximum of £28*unless you have paid for additional insurance) refund as/when daisykaties are in receipt of the same from Royal Mail.   In any instance, any loss/damage claim, customers shall not be entitled to anything more than the amount paid to Daisy Katies in their final invoice, excluding postage.

 *daisykaties are not liable for any costs incurrred at Customs.  Customs despatch forms will be completed, as appropriate, for the relevent outside EU country.  Any packages returned to daisykaties as unclaimed by the customer, will result in the customer paying additional postage costs to have the package resent.  Thank you.
