BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH DAISYKATIES (http://www.daisykaties.co.uk/) YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  YOU ARE ALSO IN ACCEPTANCE THAT YOU ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18yrs

** Merchandise will NOT be despatched until funds have cleared ** 

Goods are usually despatched within 3-5 working days maximum (excluding Weekends, Bank Holidays/Easter/Christmas) of any payment being verified. 

We do usually try and despatch our goods within 24-48 hours of cleared payment being received (Mon-Fri. ~ please note that we do not generally post out Sat-Sun or Bank Holidays.  However we will try and accommodate any request or Urgent Orders). We cannot and will not be held responsible for any package arriving late, we do not have any jurisdiction over Royal Mail once the package is left at the UK Post Office.  If you require your Order urgently, please purchase the SPECIAL DELIVERY option (UK).

If your Order is URGENT, please do ADVISE us asap by sending a separate email entitled SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDER, as all Orders are despatched strictly in the order of receipt (i.e. in the order we receive them) this separate email will ensure that your Order stands out as a PRIORITY. 

(1)Cancellation Period

Under EU Legislation (EU Distance Selling Directive), ALL Buyers who reside and have their Order delivered to an address within the European Union have the right to cancel your Order within 7 days of receipt.  We must be notified of this IMMEDIATELY should you wish to do this. In such circumstances the Postage Cost to return the item will be met by the Buyer, i.e. you.  The exact cost of sending the package to you (i.e. the amount shown on the front of your package(s)) will also be deducted from your final Refund.   

(2)Postal Service Used to Send your Package

Daisykaties offers FREE worldwide postage. We will send your package via STANDARD 2nd Class postage (UK) or STANDARD Airmail (INTERNATIONAL) on any purchase under £35.00.  This Standard Service will take longer to reach it's destination.  Should you WISH to have your package sent via another Service in order to have your Order delivered to you quicker (i.e. INTERNATINAL SIGNED FOR/AIRSURE for International Buyers or  RECORDED DELIVERY/GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY for UK Buyers - these Services are available, however, the Customer will be liable for the cost of sending the package. 

FREE POSTAGE :Orders OVER £35.00 are sent via Recorded Delivery or International Signed for Priority Mail.  Orders over £150 are sent via Special Delivery.  Orders under £35.00 are sent via Standard post UK or Standard Airmail International.

daisykaties will ONLY deliver goods to CONFIRMED/VERIFIED Paypal addresses.  If you are placing an Order and have an UNCONFIRMED Paypal address, in order for your Order to be shipped to you, you will need to pay the additional cost for a trackable postal method.  Unconfirmed Paypal Address Orders will NOT be despatched out until the trackable method has been duly paid.  In such circumstances as the Fee is not paid, any Order will be cancelled with the amount paid refunded. 

Any CUSTOMS DUTY or other Fees levied on your package by your Country's Customs & Excise/Government Department on your package's arrival in your Country is the sole responsibility of the Buyer/Customer. Daisykaties will not get involved in and are not liable for these fees.  Any Fees/Charges imposed on your package whatsoever by your Country is the Customer's responsibility. 

Please do not ask us to put lower values on your packages, this is against the Law.  All packages will be sent with the true value shown and the true paperwork attached.

daisykaties reserve the right to CANCEL any Order, at our discretion, at any point within the Order and to provide the Customer with a full refund of the amount paid to us only, in the event of this happening. 

If you are unsure, please do ask.  If you do not pay the additional insurance and only require the FREE postage for your Order; and in the event of your item(s) being lost in transit, by placing an Order with Daisykaties, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions and will only be given the exact amount we are refunded by Royal Mail, this may be less than the cost of your Order if you have not purchased adequate Insurance.  If you do not wish to take the risk and your Order is less than £35 UK or £35 International, please do pay the additional insurance.  It is not a lot (£6.50 for International Signed For or  75p Recorded Delivery or £4.95 SPECIAL DELIVERY for UK).  UNCONFIRMED Paypal addresses Orders will NOT be despatched out until we have confirmation that the FEE below has been paid. **REQUESTING TO POST YOUR ORDER ON A FRIDAY FOR A SATURDAY DELIVERY WILL COST MORE THAN THE COST BELOW, AS PER ROYAL MAIL GUIDELINES.  PLEASE SEE OUR EXPRESS POST LINK FROM OUR HOME PAGE FOR THIS SERVICE.

If you choose not to add the above to your Order; and your Order is less than £35.00 ~ your items are sent at your own risk by Standard post / UK or Standard Airmail / International.  By placing an Order with Daisykaties, you are accepting these Conditions.

 

(3)TERMS FOR FREE POSTAGE

Yes ~ Daisykaties do provide our Customers' with FREE Worldwide Postage.  However, please do take note that this is only available for items which are ordered and retained.  Should you wish to return your Order/or part of ~ (excluding faulty goods) the cost of sending your item to you (ie the price shown on the front of your package) will be DEDUCTED from your final refund.  Any Charges/Fees imposed by your Country's Government on your packages arrival must be met by the Buyer/Customer.  Daisykaties are not liable for these charges.

(4)Unclaimed Packages from the Post Office

In ANY event of the package being returned to daisykaties (including non collection from the Post Office and the package needing to be re-sent) during the FREE postage promotion; the Buyer is responsible for crediting daisykaties with the cost of re-sending.

Should daisykaties incur any CUSTOMS or DUTY costs on any returned items, this cost will be deducted from your payment prior to a refund being processed.  You can avoid this charge by ensuring you complete the Declaration Form property showing that the item is a RETURN.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include :

UK Customers : We accept payment via Paypal (Confirmed/Verified accounts ONLY), Cheque (made payable in UK sterling to "daisykaties"), uncrossed Postal Orders, concealed cash (the latter sent at customer's risk).  **We do not accept cheques for amounts of £10 or under, this is due to the associated bank charges.  In this instance you would need to send uncrossed Postal Orders.

EU and outside EU Customers : We accept payment via Paypal. UK sterling (the latter sent at customer's risk).  Cheques*(made payable in UK Sterling ONLY) *Please check with us prior to sending a cheque payment. 

**Paypal is the preferred payment method for UK buyers**  We are here to help, please advise if there are any problems.

(5)  Our Policy on Returned goods (RETURNS) for NON CLEARANCE SALE items

 

The following conditions are not intended to affect or jeopardise your statutory rights.

YOU WILL NEED TO BE ISSUED A RETURNS NUMBER PRIOR TO SENDING ANY GOODS BACK TO US

All goods are sent Signed For (exc. purchases under £35); and thus tracking is available to prove when the goods were signed for.  Please state the reason as to the wish to return.  The customer is responsible for all costings associated with posting the item(s) back to Daisy Katies and the cost of sending an exchanged item to you.  Goods received after the 14 days (UK) or 21 days (International) will NOT be accepted.

(5a)  RETURNS will NOT be accepted for a refund/exchange or credit note if the goods are found to be damaged, have tags removed, strong cooking/cigarette/animal smells, show signs of wearing/washing or are generally not in the saleable condition as sent.  In any of these cases the goods will be returned to the Buyer along with an explanation as why the return was refused.  You are accepting these conditions upon purchasing from daisykaties. 

In any event, NON CLEARANCE SALE goods must be returned to daisykaties within 14 days (UK) (this includes the 7 days Cancellation period + 7 days grace to return) and 21 days (International) from the date of receipt.

For SALE ITEM Returns please refer to (6) below.

Please do take note that free postage/shipping is only available for items which are ordered and retained.  Should you wish to return your Order/or part of ~ (excluding faulty goods) the cost of sending your item to you (ie the price shown on the front of your package) will be DEDUCTED from your final refund. 

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the garment/s reach us safely, including meeting the deadline for Returned Items.  Any Refunds will not be made until the garments are safely back at daisykaties and with daisykaties being happy that the returned merchandise is in the same condition as it was sent. 

(6) RETURNS PROCEDURE for Garments purchased from our clearance "SALE" items ~ Items marked as SALE on your receipt.

The BLUE Section (6) applies to SALE GOODS ONLY. 

Clearance Sale items RETURNS work slightly differently. You can still return your order for any reason at any time within 7days (UK) or 14 days (Outside UK) after the day you receive it, for an Exchange or Credit Note only.  REFUNDS are not given for SALE ITEM returns under any circumstances (items marked as SALE on your receipt).  You are accepting this upon placing an Order from our SALE stock.  In such circumstances as you wishing to return your SALE item, you will be liable for the cost of sending the Return back to us as well as the cost of sending the intial order to you (the price on the front of your package). You are also liable for the cost of sending the exchange to you.  If there is nothing you wish to exchange your item for at the time of request, you are able to request a CREDIT NOTE instead for future use.  In such circumstances as a Credit Note is requested, the cost of sending the initial package to you will be taken away from the amount of your CREDIT NOTE.  In all circumstances the cost of sending the Return to us is met by you, the Buyer.  Refunds are not given for CLEARANCE SALE items.

You may return your SALE goods up to 7 days maximum (UK) or 14 days (outside of UK) after receipt of your package, SALE Goods received as a return or exchange after the 7 days period (UK) or 14 days period (outside UK) will NOT BE ACCEPTED.  These will then be sent back to you at your cost. 

When sending a return we would always recommend that you send it via a trackable method such as Recorded Delivery or International Signed For. However, the choice is of course yours.  Your statutory rights are not affected. Please also refer to (5a) in GREEN above, as this also applies to SALE Goods Returns.

 

If the order was originally made from a customer outside of the UK and Europe please take care to fill in posting documentation details correctly. *Goods to the UK may incur duty charges i.e. ~ if you fail to make it clear that the package is a "return" to the UK and not an import. In the event of documentation being completed incorrectly and tax or duty subsequently being charged to daisykaties, the sum involved will be deducted from your final refund.
