HOW TO ORDER

 

Thank you for your interest at daisykaties; your custom and interest is much valued.

To place an Order at daisykaties ~ please firstly be assured that POSTAGE/SHIPPING/PACKAGING will be completely FREE of CHARGE.  This applies to UK, EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL.   You only pay the amount next to the garment(s) ~ nothing more.  There are no hidden extra's.

Garments are sold on a strictly First Come, First Served basis.  Please do not assume that there are more than one of each garment, many items are quite simply individual items with only ONE in stock.  If you are unsure, please do ask.. All prices on our website are shown in UK STERLING

 

How to Order using PAYPAL as your payment method

(1) Please browse the Sections of interest to you, clicking the "Add to Cart" button on any garment(s) you wish to purchase. 

(2) When you have finished Shopping, simply click the "View Cart" button ~ this will enable you to complete Checkout and pay for your garments.  Please remember, Postage/Packaging is completely FREE of CHARGE, there are no hidden extra's.  Please note that ALL payments will only be accepted in UK Sterling only..

(3) Once we have received confirmation of your PAYPAL payment ~ your goods will be despatched out to you, usually within 24 hours Monday-Friday.  **We will only Ship/Post to confirmed Paypal addresses ~ this is to prevent Fraud and as recommended by PAYPAL.  # For the Countries who do not generally have "confirmed" status available for their address details.  Items will NOT be sent to you until we have verified via email correspondence with you that your name/address and order details are correct; and that you verify via email that you are the bonafide person the PAYPAL account used for payment belongs too.  These guidelines are as set by PAYPAL for your protection (the Buyer) and us (the Seller).

 

How to Order using CHEQUE/UNCROSSED POSTAL ORDER as your payment method - UK only *This payment method is not acceptable from Customer's outside of the UK due to UK bank charges

(1) Please browse the Sections of interest to you, making a note of the Order Number (if given) + Age, Colour & Designer Make of garment(s) you wish to purchase

(2) Email us at your earliest opportunity at daisykatiesblessings@blueyonder.co.uk to confirm the items you wish us to reserve for you.. 

(3) We will email you with the total amount payable after ensuring the garment(s) are reserved for you.  Please do note that Reserved items are only kept as such for 7 days; pending payment.  On the 8th day, should payment not of been received, we reserve the right to relist the item back for general sale.

(4) You will then need to post to us a Cheque (with your Cheque Guarantee Card Number written on the reverse side) for the amount as confirmed by us to you in an email ~ please make the cheque or uncrossed Postal Order payable to "daisykaties Childrenswear" and post to :

(5) IMPORTANT : Please ensure you include your Name, Address and Telephone Number in any correspondence to us, in order for us to despatch your Order and/or reply, as appropriate.

GOODS WILL ONLY BE SENT TO CONFIRMED/VERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESSES AND NOT TO THIRD PARTIES AT THE REQUEST OF THE RECIPIENT. 

daisykaties RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER, AT OUR DISCRETION, AT ANY POINT THROUGHOUT THE ORDERING/DESPATCH PROCESS; WHEREBY IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES THE CUSTOMER WILL ALWAYS RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID TO daisykaties.
